Daily Duties at Black Rock:

Supervised Accounts Receivable and Revenue Accrual department of 6 employees. Responsible for monthly closing of books and analysis of General Ledger accounts. Reviewed monthly balance sheet reconciliations. Produced highly analytical monthly aging analysis of Accruals and A/R by entity and region. Liaised with internal and external auditors. Reviewed and approved monthly Production Credit process to portfolio managers. Updated and analyzed monthly Assets Under Management (AUM) changes by asset class. Reviewed and approved billing language for all new Investment Management Agreements Worked closely with Business and Operations to ensure data integrity. Coordinated setting up new clients in Black Rock Operating System for all Americas regions.
