• Coordinates and plan the department’s storage and distribution of products and materials • Supervises the activities of employees, issue job assignments and review work orders • Involved in the hiring, training, orientation and mentoring of employees working in the print shop • Involved in all aspect of design and production print processes • Scheduling employees, arranging drop offs and deliveries of print jobs to our clients • Monitor the progress of projects to ensure an on-time completion • Ensure that all appropriate safety regulations are being followed both with regards to personal safety and use of equipment • Checking and verifying shipping records, handling questions and addressing any problems with inventory control • Meeting with new and existing clients to determine their needs for our print shop; drafting policies and procedures, research and make recommendations to manager and director • Preparing, analyzing and report monthly financial information to Manager • Collect data by to prepare spreadsheets, graphs, and charts to help illustrate financial trends and performance • Resolving customers’ complaints and deliver superior customer service • Represent the office manager at departmental meetings and otherwise as required
