I hires, fired, and interviewed almost everyone. When someone would go onto the site and when what they were looking up was not in our database,(like The French and Indian War, for instance) it would go automatically on a list and I delegated the employees to look up the subject in the encyclopedia and write their own description and up-load it onto the website.
