Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) Consulting: • Understanding SME client’s business processes, challenges and expansion plans • Proposing need based solutions with focus on o Overseas expansion in South East Asia region o Consultation on various available financing schemes o Consultation on adoption of IT tools to improve productivity • Drafting proposals for SME clients for successful government grant application • Achieving a monthly KPI of consulting 30 unique SMEs • Tracking government regulations and grants, business and industry trends to regularly update existing accounts on the key changes. Channel Partner Development: • Developing partnership with MNCs (like Microsoft, HP, Motorola, Ingram Micro, Subway etc.) to provide assistance to their SME partners (resellers) for business development through government grants • Presenting at various events organized by MNC partners to create awareness of government grants Marketing & Event Management: • Conceptualizing and developing the theme and marketing plan for events • Organizing and managing events for EDC@SICCI in collaboration with government bodies and MNC partners • Managing a team of 2 staff and delegating work for the successful management of events • Project in-charge for rebranding, feature development and maintenance of the EDC@SICCI website • Development and content modification of marketing collaterals and HTML EDMs
