Daily Duties at United States Air Force:

 Hands on, experienced manager with 20+ years U.S. Air Force Client Systems Administrator background.  7 years help desk experience in a 9,000+ military/civilian environment and supervised a team of 10 personnel.  Utilized Active Directory to manage domain resources, system administration, user accounts, clients, servers, and applications for creating, modifying and deleting Exchange mailboxes, distribution lists, public folders, and contacts.  Maintained inventory and deployed $3.2M in IT/Communications equipment across 3 military installations.  Integral part of 7 person team during Windows Vista to Windows 7 migration installing/upgrading software application packages, applying OS patches, re-imaging and deploying to end user(s).  Led team in updating of critical information on MS Exchange Global Address List for 9,000 military/civilian users and over 17,000 email accounts meeting suspense three weeks ahead of schedule.  Responsible for processing and supporting all requests (moves/adds/changes/deletions) for a large Windows Active Directory environment.  Trained 76 records custodians and provided access permission to 412 security groups on the electronic shared drive resulting in the safeguarding of sensitive information.
