Daily Duties at Robert Half Technology:
• Accurately log information in Footprints ticket software collecting key data metrics (user information, location information, categorization, and prioritization). • Perform basic troubleshooting on computer/software issues, reset network passwords, and provide WebVPN, AnyConnect, Citrix, Odyssey, Windows XP/Windows 7/MS Office 2010 support. • Perform user administration tasks (software installs/upgrades) for various in-house and third party applications . • Escalated tickets to appropriate support group (Network Team, Server Team, Infrastructure Team) for resolution. • Employed Windows SCCM console/server to add computers to domain, monitor advertisement status, grant local admin rights, and remote access to user computers. • Acts as a focal point for technical problems assigning/resetting RSA token passwords/passcodes, troubleshooting login issues. • Troubleshoot issues with workstations, laptops, printers and peripherals. • Assisted users with smartphone configuration for Outlook email/calendar, adding mailboxes, and Outlook Web Access (OWA). • Utilizes automation tools to remotely deploy software.
