Daily Duties at United Healthcare:
Project Management, including vendor management, project timelines, resources and individual deliverable s to successful project completion. Supervised a team of 6 people assigned to complete a yearly mailing to 4.8 million members. Team consisted of people from IT, Marketing and Procurement. Collaborating with upstream and downstream business partners on strategic planning, problem resolution, quality strategies and production processes. Maintain strong relationships with multiple vendors, which allow fulfillment services to have ad-hoc mailings completed correctly, on schedule, and at a competitive price.
