Daily Duties at Coneco Litho Graphics:

Responsibilities: Directly supervised 10 prepress staff to successfully prepare client materials toward a flawless and timely finished printed project; coordinated & scheduled work assignments to satisfactorily meet all digital prepress production deadlines to pass on to the next stages of production – standard prepress and finally to the press runs. Annual number of jobs run were about 3,000 per year with an annual revenue stream of $5 million; Coordinated on a monthly basis with Finance & Accounting to accurately monitor departmental budget; Coordinated with Human Resources to monitor payroll and overtime budgets; Reviewed regularly throughout the day with Customer Service to accurately discuss and update time-frames of each scheduled project; Our department acted as our own Information Technology, Purchasing and Hardware/Software controllers.
