Build store sales and gross profits through customer service, proper ordering of product and merchandising. Recruiting, selecting, and managing the day to day operations of the store personnel to include evaluations. Managed store operations. Reviewed and submitted hours for the week and made sure that hours were allocated properly. Took ownership of corporate programs on merchandising, expense management, productivity and morale of employees
