Medication pass--Wound care treatment and preventatives as ordered--Foley catheter insertion and care,Colostomy care,G-tube feedings and care-Charge nursing to set appts,lab work-MORS/TARS-set up-F/U with nursing documentation,chart auditing,in-services with staff-care planning with residents and families and all ADL'S--I also, worked at this particular facility upon HS graduation as a nurses aide and with that I decided to become a nurse!!!
