Operated all daily functions of company. Conceptualized and developed successful business, providing remodeling services. Drove sales and marketing efforts and built a profitable and viable business earning 62% in revenue in the first year. Direct and oversee 4 direct reports and implemented training and development initiatives aimed at producing high quality work and excellent customer service. Create and implement the design of each project and develop AutoCAD drawings and presentations to help customer visualize the end result. Conduct all financial and bookkeeping functions including job proposals, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and all federal and state tax and payroll reporting requirements. Manage all vendor relationships and negotiate favorable contracts to keep customer expenses low and quality high. Project all job expenses and budget items. Manage budget and communicate necessary changes to the customer for approval.
