I set up the staffing schedule of work,Hiring/Firing of staff.Worked hand in hand with the Administrator reguarding residents service needs ex.-Medication pass assistance,bathing,Dining assistance,ambulation assistance or w/c assistance.Set up with staff nurses and nurses aides each residents plan of care services,records available in case of emergencies including any DNR info.,Medication/MOR set up. Set up with Agency staff any needs and Hospice staff any needs.Rounds with Medical Director as required or needed.Set up transportation for residents for appts. Inservices for staff. Trouble shooting with residents/families/staff. HIPPA laws and regulations.
