Daily Duties at Ridge Terrace Health Care Center:
Set up Wound care orders for nursing to treat as ordered and F/U to make sure of proper healing/infection control and proper documentation records.Wkly rounds with Wound care MD assisting with sizing,stageing,debridment of wounds-order changes and resolvement of wounds. Provided wkly wound reports for all departments to follow-including State requirements and MDS. Maintained a Restorative program of Dining with 3-Restorative trained CNA's and a w/c,bed alarms,specific braces required for medically,physically and emotionally challenged patients for ADL independence
