Led and directed a team of 18 personnel skilled in external and counter sales, customer service and technical support. Managed deliveries, receivables, payables, shipping and receiving, accounts receivable and accounts payable. Dealt with employment issues including hiring, terminations, insurance and wellness. Managed six commercial buildings, collecting rent and managing utilities, taxes and insurance while assisting tenants to design comfortable, efficient and aesthetically pleasing interiors. Designed company catalog and managed completion and maintenance.
