Daily Duties at All About Care:
Managing and streamlining operations Evaluating and improving processes Managing 40-50 employees including interviewing applicants, hiring, firing, and disciplinary actions Developing, coaching, and training employees Interviewing and assessment of new clients Creating care plan to match needs of client along with updating and communicating care plans to client teams Creating and implementing client satisfaction measures Monitoring and improving client satisfaction Overseeing quality improvement and overall operations Scheduling caregivers with clients for up to 900 client hours per week
