Daily Duties at Kaiser Permanent :

Repatriating Kaiser Permanent members from outside hospitals once stable for transfer to a plan hospital. Primary responsibility was the pediatric population housed at Lucille Packard Children's Hospital, Stanford University Medical Center-this included obtaining authorization for transfer of Level III neonate's to the Level III NICU at LPCH, and their return when stable for Level II care at a Plan Hospital. Made onsite visits weekly to manage this fragile population. Liaison between the treatment team at LPCH and Kaiser Permanent Hawaii case managers on all children transferred from Kaiser Permanent Hawaii for treatment of cardiac disease.
