Communicated with Commercial insurance, Managed care, Medicare and Medicaid • Researched disputes, appeals and denials by negotiating with insurance companies to provide professional recovery services. • Worked on early-out billing, recovery support, pre-collect and bad debt collections by contacting consumers to advise and generate a solution for payment of claims. • Maintained daily tracking reports to monitor accounts worked to provide current statistics. • Collected and processed credit card and intell check payments for patients to ensure proper payment is posted to the accounts. • Corrected and reissued claims to insurance companies because of incorrect codes, additional charges or the processing of the claim. • Researched non-posted payments and declined payments for credit cards to provide daily reports of payments posted. • Assisted management by attending conferences and seminars to enhance company productivity by educating and preparing co-workers for various daily job functions.
