Monitored the sales division and reviewed commission sheets for accuracy. • Contacted clients to guarantee that equipment was installed in a timely manner. Also schedule training on the equipment to resolve any client concerns. • Provided problem-solving and leadership abilities to communicate goals and expectations. • Created and updated tracking reports and spreadsheets to ensure that equipment and supplies are received and installed at the correct locations. • Arranged travel plans, dining, group activities and coordinate meetings as needed.
