Daily Duties at United Space Alliance :
Maintained Microsoft Windows Server 2003 system. Performed system migration from Windows 2000 Server to Windows Server 2003. Configured desktop computers. Responsible for the setup and maintenance of client systems (workstations, printers) and related software. Provided support to staff and clients through troubleshooting computer and network problems. Diagnosed and resolved technical hardware and software issues Configured devices to the local area network and Active Directory (AD) domain. Created new users and assigned permissions in AD. Supported the deployment of new PC applications. Supported the deployment of antivirus software. Performed data backup and restore. Supported Cisco switches and routers installation and troubleshooting.
