I established and managed a new division of a Part 145 certified Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) operation (repair station) that performed maintenance and repair of airframes and systems of multi-engine aircraft of more than 12,500 pounds maximum certificated takeoff weight under an airworthiness maintenance and inspection program that performed structural repairs and modifications to Boeing 727, 737 and 747 flight controls, horizontal and vertical stabilizers, and doors and military KC-135 (B707 variant) flight controls, pylons and doors.
