Supervised three Managers and 61 employees of the Supply/Fuels Management Team at Kirtland AFB NM Responsible for ensuring aircraft parts and fuel were issued in a timely manner to 40 aircrafts daily Effectively managed 36,000 line items valued at $146 million with an inventory accuracy rate of 99% Crafted a warehouse redesign to expand storage space by 5% saved $316 thousand on new building project Oversaw the process of 8 thousand aircraft fuel requests with a minimal response time of 11 minutes, beat the Air Force standard by 64% a key reason the unit was selected as the Best Logistics Readiness Squadron in the Air Force Strengthened customer relations by improving the one team concept Responsible for developing innovative strategies to achieve operational goals Captured and recorded service failures and implemented process improvements Monitored the workload data to ensure our customers received the best service Planned, organized and conducted individual and group counseling sessions on personal and social issues, it increased personnel morale and reduced union complaints Identified staff vacancies, advertised, interviewed and selected new employees
