Supervised five employees and conducted weekly reconciliations with upper management Responsible for planning and organizing the transfer of medical assets from suppliers and manufacturers to meet the customer needs in an efficient and timely manner (Just-In-Time Process) Supervised and monitored the packaging and unpacking of all box cars/trailers and mobility kits Managed a warehouse with 20,000 line items valued at $10 million Successfully maintained excellent relationship with our suppliers and customer the United States Navy Responsible for ensuring the Navy had serviceable medical supplies with the correct amount of shelf-life on each asset when deployed for six months or more
