• Analyze, investigate and act upon activity identified by automated monitoring systems or other internal or external referral sources, which includes but is not limited to money laundering, insurance fraud, tax evasion. terrorism, drug trafficking and human trafficking for government reporting • File Suspicious Activity Reports in accordance with regulations and time limitations • Conduct extensive Enhanced Due Diligence on both internal and external parties • Communicate verbally and written with internal and external sources in efforts to obtain information pertinent to investigations • Perform special projects • Participate in monthly training development sessions in efforts to maintain a high level of competency relative to AML trend changes and policies • Stay familiarized with regulatory compliance expectations and maintain departmental matrix • Contribute innovations relative to the growth and development of the department as a whole, through providing continuous feed back and project implementations
