Daily Duties at St. Therese Home:
Oversee 32 hospice and palliative care residents, including completing all nursing assessments for federal, state, and insurance submission. 24 hour responsibility for 95 residents, including coordination of care and completing investigations. 24 responsibility of staffing needs, including performance evaluations and disciplinary actions. Assisted in auditing of care and regulatory compliance. Assisted in developing budget for unit.
