Daily Duties at Adp Dealer Services:
Worked as a remote QA manager for the ADP CRM team and then as a remote Scrum Master/Product Owner for the Front Office Automation Team. Using the Waterfall methodology; wrote Test plans, Test Reports, prioritized defects and tasks, and tracked all QA testing activities for multiple parallel release; ongoing patch releases and new core releases. Using the Agile methodology, wrote and prioritized the stories, and facilitated the Planning, Estimation, Backlog Grooming, Daily Scrum, Demo Reviews and Retrospective meetings. As a key person in planning the new Front office lab, ensured that all configurations and data scenarios were considered
