•Supervised a team of 7 software engineers responsible for development and mainteanace of Kohl's Credit Card application and Call Center application•Conducted weekly negotiations between business and IT team, building consensus on the prioritization of bug fixes and feature requests. •Led yearly capacity planning efforts to ensure systems were stable enough to handle high traffic during holiday shopping seasons. •Evaluated risk and contingency plan for production issues •Suggested alternatives for several business critical issues that are time sensitive •Developed release calendar and managed release process •Controlled changes to production environment during off release days. •Provided keen oversight to the design, planning and deployment of new functionalities from a system integration viewpoint. •Supervised planning, scheduling and budgeting project phase plans. •Handled recruitment, training and performance management of team members.
