Conducted preliminary market research, visited potential customers, and continued existing customers’ satisfaction; resolved customer issues and complaints. Acquired adequate understanding on the laws related to the business; complied with federal and state laws, and identified the penalties for violations. Developed and executed business plans and made changes depending on financial and personal goals; planned for expected and unexpected costs. Strategized about online marketing and advertising, defined and communicated market message to the public, and implemented marketing plans.
