Daily Duties at Dell Inc.:

Implemented a project management office to support an enterprise customer contract. Recruited and trained SME’s to support diverse functions including governance, transition, customer training, change management, account support and billing. Conducted performance and salary planning evaluations. Coached and managed 10 direct reports. Examined and approved program scope and change orders. Created reporting and facilitated executive management operations and business review meetings.Managed customer on-site help desk operations. Managed SLAs, queue configuration, call metrics, and customer reporting. Ensured on-time project deliverables. Oversaw creation of contracts, statements of work, change requests, and other governance documentation. Developed delivery process and procedure guidelines. Defined sustaining delivery processes for newly established managed print services business. After year one of successful business, I transitioned the incubation PMO into a shared services model and my role expanded to the management of the Managed Print Services portfolio for all existing clients. Coordinated with internal partners to create pricing and resource models to support new business efforts. Analyzed trends and identified new business opportunities. Developed KPI and Customer Satisfaction measurements. Respond to RFPs and bids for new business. Oversaw resource allocation, pricing negotiations, delivery partner selection, and management of the program and staff. Resolved issues for all programs. Recruited, interviewed and trained new employees. Managed program help desk, financials and P&L statements.
