Daily Duties at Health Net:
Provide HR support to a 500 employee CA Medical Management client group reinforcing company policy in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations • Investigate employee relation concerns/issues and determine appropriate corrective action in partnership with my colleagues and Health Net's Legal Department Partner, recruit, and develop strategies for obtaining quality candidates for the Health Net, Inc. Corporation nationwide • Process an average of 5 to 10 job offers per week ranging from Executive Assistants, Member Services, Provider Relations, Customer Service, Business Analysts, Accountants, Sales, Marketing, and IT systems positions • Lead Recruiter for 2007 HEDIS project (Huntington Beach location) which required 85 temporary employees for a yearly audit
