Daily Duties at Ruhrpumpen:

Sell pumps, pump parts, pump repairs and pump services. Aftermarket Sales Representative: Developed new business and expanded relationships with existing customers. Worked with clients to troubleshoot equipment issues, using vibration, motion, volume and pressure metrics. Coordinated repairs and assessments with company service center, delivered quotes and arranged pickup and delivery logistics, overseeing installations onsite. Sold pump parts, working with customer warehouse teams to survey items and arrange service as ongoing parts supplier.
