Accessed BlueStar to get the correct data for testing Performed Synch Log between IRIS application on mainframe and DashBoard (retrieved IRIS number based on Subscriber Number) Synch Log is accessing back-end data since the front-end now no longer exists (IRIS is being decommissioned) All notes stored for the four regions (TX, IL, OK and NM) shows on IRIS and Dashboard Verified Test data and Production data on BlueChip Reassign a Service Request (SR) to another SR under the same Group BlueStar, Dashboard, RTB applications interfaced with the GCPS database which in turn interfaced with the ODS the database (parallel to GCPS) Defects were found and re-tested in the next build. Exposure Nebo, Availity under ReadMed, EDI transaction using 270 and 271, GCPS, ODS
