Daily Duties at Jerry's Truck Stop:
Performed Human Resource functions (employee complaints, hiring and termination) for 120-employee travel center. Maintained Microsoft NT network that supported enterprise information systems (Fuel, Convenience Store, Shop and Restaurant Operations). Developed and implemented a payroll system (Visual Basic and Access) for Travel Center. Developed and implemented restaurant management application (VB, Crystal Reports and Access) to track sales, costs, and profitability ratios. Provided PC Hardware/Software Support to PC Users. Assisted in the management of day-day operations at the travel center.
