Daily Duties at Us Army:

• Officer-in-Charge, for the 393rd Combat Services Support Battalion, with oversight and management of 19 government contracts, for services and personnel, worth $30, 919, 829.37. As well as management of 24 Contracting Officer Representatives in between two locations. • Work directly with government contractors to ensure all accountable contracts are being monitored properly as well initiating the modification of contracts through due process in accordance with contract parameters. • Perform acceptance for the government of supplies and services received, including certifying receipt of supplies/services. • Maintain a formal set of property accounting records that show, on a continuing basis, item identification, gains and losses, on hand balances, and conditions and locations of all Army property. • Executed the management of day-to-day activities, such as maintenance, operations and logistics for the unit. • Prepared government expenditure reports and service contracts for the Contracting Officer.
