Daily Duties at Target:
Lead 11 stores to achieve improved results within service, add-on sales and credit applications. Collaborated with senior-level management to staff and develop leaders for 11 stores. Manage day-to-day business objectives by analyzing consumer shopping patterns, monitoring expenses and developing team to address any guest concern with urgency. Achieve sales, expense and margin quotas. Lead company rollouts and initiatives. Deliver operational excellence through company best practices. Lead 11 stores to achieve service standards for consumers. Staffing, training and development within my store and the other 10 district facilities. Coach underperforming leaders to deliver on their core roles as an executive. Manage food safety and quality standards.
