Daily Duties at Aaa Of Northern California, Nevada, & Utah:
Build a software professionals comprising of 22 testers. Additionally encouraged an environment of teamwork, ownership and accountability Assisted with manual and automated testing in Web-based, GUI application and Back-end testing (Database) Responsible for training and leading the team in performing Automated testing- Regression for Web and AS400 application through creating and executing test scripts using automated tool QTP Extensively used Quality Center to upload test plans, log and track defects or bugs on large software projects Participated in User Requirement, Walk-Through and GO/NO GO meetings. In addition, worked closely with the Project Manager on project timeliness, scope, and risk avoidance Participated in system requirement gathering and analysis and assisted QA team in designing use cases and test plans for user acceptance testing
