Elicited business requirements and translated conceptual needs to functional requirements, and designed specification for new applications along with enhancement to the existing application. Additionally, serve as a liaison to the business community - users Contributed to the technical delivery of application functionality using full SDLC implementations (Waterfall & Agile) Provided training and coaching to QA team (USA & India) in System Testing and Standard Operating Procedures Provided production level support and guidance for investigation and resolution of help desk tickets related to application releases Documented and communicated all software releases to global stakeholders, users and team members Educated global administrators on business guidelines, setups and processes of new developments, enhancements and modifications before implementation
