-Cultivate dedicated and dependable alliance with Head of Production and studio leaders -Establish positive repport with fellow producers and production staff -Participate in recruiting / hiring new talent as needed -Mentor interns and assistants when necessary -Oversee daily tasks and time management of team(s) -Take initiative to anticipate problems and resolve issues creatively and respectfully -Build budgets, plan schedules, and ensure high-level production quality for all assigned projects -Promote innovative ideas and solutions
