Daily Duties at 160th Military Police Battalion:
Supervised and evaluated 29 staff personnel. Responsible for secretarial/clerical functions to include typing correspondence, memorandums, forms, reports, confidential information and handled time sensitive issues. Management of office personnel, dental, medical and personnel records for 250 Soldiers. Development of performance standards and evaluation reports in accordance with U.S. Army regulations, processed and submitted promotion packets and personnel actions to headquarters. Analyzed work flow, assigned and approved scheduled work to meet priorities and goals. Developed, administered, and interpreted organizational goals, policies and procedures. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operated, maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Scanned and indexed documents into a document management system. Scanned and faxed documents to higher headquarters for processing.
