Daily Duties at Rainbow Food Service:

oversee an office staff of clericals and bookkeeper. I manage the health benefits, auto insurance, oversee payroll, Recruiting and sourcing of entry level positions as needed. sales rep for find new vending accounts and school lunch programs. I work with the client from the beginning of the process and continue on while they are a customer. I implement new procedures to make the office run as efficient as possible. I have weekly meetings with the owner going over weekly accounts receivables and other issues within the company. Serving as a point of contact for problem solving or information pertaining to a particular task. Manages with documenting, updating and changing processing methods. Interprets and administers personnel policies such as hiring, performance reviews, training, staff disciplinary activity and salary recommendations
