Daily Duties at The Bascom, Arts Center:
COncierge services...fundraising events, restaurants in town to cater to different interests, hiking, which exhibits are where and when certain ones would arrive, drug stores, activities for children, airport shuttles and taxi service, theatre schedule, nature center. I wore many different hats and "put out many fires" through excellent customer service and compassion and understanding and recognizing the customers and members needs and frustrations.
