Drove territory market share, and optimized resources to make a very successful territory in both San Diego and Orange County. called on Dermatologists, Cardiologists, Internal Medicine, Nephrologists, Endocrinologists and Family Practice Physicians. Worked in two extremely successful product launches. Consistently in top 10% of sales performers in Western Region. Used expert knowledge of products to build successful customer relationships and to support sound clinical discussions. Identified key influencers and achieved designated call expectations with focus on top target customers. Allocated resources effectiviely for sampling, programs and events. Worked very effectively with other Novartis colleagues and management to ensure success in the field. Adapted communication styles to customers appropriately. Experience across multiple therapeutic groups and disease states. High achievement in sales results, self-motivation and willingness to mentor others. Effective in problem solving and decision making skills. Proven ability to work with internal and external customers. Demonstrated superior interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively to diverse customers. Have an exceptional ability to develop and nurture customer relationships. Experience with multiple therapeutic groups and new product launches. Worked in heavy managed care environments. Implemented promotional programs and tactical sales plans to exceed goals and stay abreast of competitive climate in assigned territory. Delivered training seminars. Solid business acumen, including excellent pursuasive business communication. Still highly recommended by former District Manager.
