Daily Duties at Bcbs Il:
• Performed RTB Coordinator test case (data used were a Group under an Account, Provision, HMO Site) Group and Provision created shows in the RTB Flow. • History is displayed on certain combination such as (Account #, Group and HMO Site), User ID and Provision Filter. • Accessed BlueStar to get the correct data for testing • Performed Synch Log between IRIS application on mainframe and DashBoard (retrieved IRIS number based on Subscriber Number) • Synch Log is accessing back-end data since the front-end now no longer exists (IRIS is being decommissioned) • All notes stored for the four regions (TX, IL, OK and NM) shows on IRIS and Dashboard • Verified Test data and Production data on BlueChip • Reassign a Service Request (SR) to another SR under the same Group • BlueStar, Dashboard, RTB applications interfaced with the GCPS database which in turn interfaced with the ODS the database (parallel to GCPS) • Defects were found and re-tested in the next build. • Exposure Nebo, Availity under ReadMed, EDI transaction using 270 and 271, GCPS, ODS
