Daily Duties at Physician's Medical Transport Team:
As a dispatcher, I manage EMT Paramedic crews, provide excellent customer service, de-escalate situations, set up transports, and communicate with doctors and nurses regarding specific medical equipment and supplies that is needed for hospital to hospital transfers. As a Paramedic, I utilize state of the art equipment and progressive Cleveland Clinic EMS protocols to provide top of the line treatment and transport to patients in the Cuyahoga County Area.
