Daily Duties at Cleveland Clinic Foundation:
*Delivered ongoing technical support to enterprise software applications; researched, analyzed, and implemented new architectures to streamline and automate healthcare business processes. *Supported all aspects of the HealthQuest MVS platform, including Contract Management, IIP, and RWS mainframe, Coding Master Updates (ICD-9 and CPT), and APC updates, acting as the main technical resource during mainframe installations, APC/Coding Master updates, and management of vendor-created files. *Assisted with the installation and upgrades of applications (3.x-7.3 for PM, MR, PA, RWS and IIP services), and supported the development of batch processes from a Cash Application. *Installed and upgraded Contract Management software, and upgraded HSS applications, including Grouper, Pricer, Optimizer and RateManager. *Provided on-call production support for online and batch processes every five weeks.
