*Developed, implemented, and provided technical support for the HealthQuest 2000 Patient Accounting System; ensured the availability, stability, and security of the HealthQuest system. *Created and modified numerous reports and extract files from the HealthQuest system; provided reports based on business requirements. *Managed the transfer of data between 36 vendors and numerous internal areas (including Medassets IMaCS/Contract Manager, Premier Carescience and Pathways Contract Management); ensured the accuracy of files processed by the HealthQuest system. *Provided technical expertise to support new business and operational processes, including setting up a new FTPS, resolving on-call production issues during the nightly batch cycle, and correcting patient data in the HealthQuest system. *Administered batch posting processes to handle charges, payments and adjustments. *Key player in several upgrades of the HealthQuest system (releases 8.0 - 15.0)
