Daily Duties at Irwin Army Community Hospital :

 Provide guidance and policy support for two Supervisory Pharmacists in both the Inpatient Pharmacy and Outpatient Pharmacies at Fort Riley  Worked side by side with the Chief, Pharmacy Service and Non-Commissioned Officer In Charge (NCOIC) to manage an annual budget of over 13 million dollars and the dispensing of over 512,000 prescriptions in 2012.  Was the primary point of contact for patients who had either positive or negative comments regarding their pharmacy experience. Ensured their concerns were recognized and improvements to service were developed. Visibility on all efforts was seen all the way up to the Hospital Commander and the Post Commander.
