Daily Duties at Chico's Fas Inc.:

• Manager, Reporting, Analytics & Strategy is responsible for defining and distributing E-commerce specific reporting on key E-commerce metrics including daily, monthly and annual targets. This position will work with functional counterparts both within E-commerce and throughout the organization to develop reporting from data universes that provide analytics on order information, fulfillment, unit sales and demand. Standardized reporting and ad hoc analysis will be used to support keep executives informed of performance of the E-commerce business as well as impact processes and strategy.  Perform planning, forecasting, and ad hoc analyses to support Chico’s Planning & Allocation, including daily reporting, weekly, monthly, quarterly, YTD and annual forecasts as well as conduct analysis of current performance against plan, forecast and prior year. Communicate Plans, forecasts, and analyses to key clients at various levels in the organization and all business units
