Daily Duties at W & K Consultant:
Be able to promote domestic and international growth, start-up, due diligent, mergers and acquisitions, post merger integration, change management and ensure a flawless execution. Partner with stakeholder to increase talent capability and leadership development. Facilitating to Sr. leadership coaching and counseling, program execution and implementation support and training. Implementing state or the art practices in OD, including talent management, succession planning, leadership development, workforce planning, organization systems design, team effectiveness and cultural and organizational global transformations.
