Daily Duties at Us Army, 1st Infantry Division:

Selected to prepare the Army Division to conduct peace-keeping operations in Kosovo and prepare to support other assigned National Security efforts. Serve as subject matter expert regarding training, operations, plans, force development and modernization of a 12,000 Soldier organization. Direct resource allocation and conduct training inspections. Prepare policy and operating procedures, and direct development of all operational plans. Analyze and recommend changes to organizational structure and oversee fielding of new equipment. Direct staff management of information technology (IT) and security.
