Direct 900 person staff to prepare strategic military advice and plans to support the Commander (SACEUR) of NATO’s strategic military headquarters operational and engagement responsibilities. Coordinate engagements between the SACEUR and Heads of State, Ministers and Chiefs of Defense of nations in Europe as well as Afghanistan, Iraq and the United States.
